Winter finally arrived for the Monte Carlo Rally!
The opening event of the 2026 World Rally Championsip, in the principality of champions, this was a classic edition of the race: sun, cold, fog, snow, mud, ice, we suddenly had everything, and everywhere.
The youngest proved the strongest: Oliver Solberg and Elliott Edmondson did it again, and for me as an Italian we could celebrate the unbelievable WRC3 combination of Matteo Fontana and Alessandro Arnaboldi winning two stages overall, as well as the effort of ACI Team Italia with Roberto Daprà and Luca Guglielmetti making the WRC2 podium. Lancia was also back, albeit in a different form to before.
