Petter Solberg won Rally México for Subaru on its second World Rally Championship appearance in 2005.
That makes him – as ever – the ideal source of advice to his son Oliver as the teenage Solberg tackles the event for the first time this week.
DirtFish’s Colin Clark caught up with Petter ahead of the event to go through his México tips while the Solberg team worked to prepare its Volkswagen for the event as Oliver swaps back to the Polo from the Skoda he used in Sweden.
