The Ford Puma Rally1 is all the rallying world can talk about right now. The new, hybrid 2022 World Rally Championship cars have always been of interest, but the public reveal of M-Sport’s challenger on Thursday has raised that excitement a notch.
M-Sport is the first team to go public with its new machine, although the Puma that fans are able to see at the Goodwood Festival of Speed is a prototype version of the car that’ll start the Monte Carlo Rally next January.
It’s been an incredibly long journey to just reach this point, but the hard work has only really just begun.
We sat down with M-Sport’s managing director Malcolm Wilson as well as his son Matthew, M-Sport director and chief test driver, to bring you all the insight into the all-new Ford Puma Rally1 in this exclusive DirtFish interview.
