DirtFish Women’s Month is more than a nice thing to do – it’s the right thing to do.
Representation is the best tool we have to know that something so huge is possible – that someone is out there doing it. So that we can deepen our understanding of knowing we belong somewhere great.
This project is about pulling the curtains and showing women everywhere that there is space for them.
Sport, as a whole, gives us a reason to completely immerse ourselves. To train, to sweat, to find power; the ability to say “I did that”.
So, for the entirety of March (and always), we are celebrating the women who have put everything on the line. Who have sacrificed and boldly stepped into a world that wasn’t entirely ready to accept them. Who did it anyway.
We celebrate the women who “did that”.
