The itinerary for the World Rally Championship’s inaugural Central European Rally has been revealed and features 18 stages for the drivers to tackle.
As a tri-nation eventm it will be a first of its kind in the WRC with Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic allhosting stages.
Around 200 miles will make up the route with the German city of Passau hosting service park all week.
After a ceremonial start in Prague – which will also host the opening stage on Thursday evening – the bulk of the rally will begin on Friday, which will see seven stages completed.
These stages will be set in the southwest of the Czech Republic, with the Cinov super special testing the drivers at midday.
Saturday’s action will see the cars venture along both the Danube and Inn rivers in the Innviertal region of Austria and Lower Bavaria, where six stages are planned for the day.
The final day holds four stages – in Austria and Germany – before a return to Passau for the finish in the early afternoon.
The event is the penutlimate round of this year’s WRC and runs from October 26-29.
