Don’t just scare yourself… you can now bring along the whole family to experience the spookiest night of DirtFish’s year.
Following unprecedented demand for Haunted Hot Laps on Saturday October 28, DirtFish has extended the event and built in a family festival – culminating in a bunch of blood-curdling laps in school Subaru WRX STis and BRZs.
DirtFish’s head of scary strategy Josie Rimmer explained the thinking behind bringing the family along.
“We had a lot of people calling to book the Haunted Hot Laps,” she said, “and they were asking if there was anything else going on earlier in the afternoon and evening.
“Halloween’s a cool night and we thought, let’s just go on and make this a full family festival! We’ve now got a zombie car show, a kids’ zone, food trucks and, of course, plenty of Halloween competitions.
“It’s no secret in Snoqualmie and Seattle that DirtFish makes a big, big deal out of this night. Our Haunted Hot Laps have grown a real cult following – they’re pretty gnarly – and to push this out to a whole festival is going to be amazing.”
Gates open at 4.30pm and the event runs until 9.00pm on Saturday October 28. Admission is priced at $15 (adults) and $10 (children)
