Meet DirtFish Rally School instructor Mike Kilian.
When students attend the school, the aim is always to learn something new, and that goes to straight to the heart Kilian’s ethos.
His mission is to figure out his student’s skillset, remove their bad habits, and ensure they drive just outside their comfort zone all day so that they improve hour by hour as the lesson goes on.
And when he’s away from the school he has plenty of passions to keep him occupied, including photography and playing the guitar, which he proudly boats that he “plays really badly”.
“Mike is like the team dad – and I mean this in the very best way possible,” says DirtFish head of strategy, Josie Rimmer.
“Whether you need a laugh, a rant, or a bear hug, Mike is the one to call.
“You might find him sliding sideways or building helmets, but he’s always completing each task to the highest degree possible.
“Oh, and thanks to his past role at the FBI, he’s also our resident conspiracy-theory-debunker. Although I now realize I have yet to get his opinion on the moon landing…”
