Neuville and Wydeaghe for the never give up mentality despite their issues or Fourmaux for his clever race but Rovanpera has had an insane event, no mistake, all in control, great car under him, that was a perfect weekend for them.

Neuville has expanded his championship lead to six points – amazing when you consider how disastrous his Saturday was, losing 10 minutes with a fuel system problem.

Indeed Neuville seems to be benefiting the most from the new points scoring system. Mainly due to the new Sunday and PS points. Evans is normally the one to beat in Croatia, although Ogier will be there to spoil his party maybe?

In terms of the championship fight, Neuville is the one who gained the most in Kenya because he scored more points than Evans and Tänak and he's still leading the standings.

PROVISIONAL RALLY POINTS

Rovanperä wins the rally – but with his Sunday performance, Neuville is arguably the big winner when it comes to points scored.

He finished behind Evans but outscores him by three points to extend his championship lead.

Neuville definitely rescued his championship today. I have a feeling the peanut gallery will argue about Neuville taking only 2 fewer points than KR even though he had so many problems.

HYUNDAI'S SILVER LINING

Neuville wins the powerstage, and Tanak wins Super Sunday

But only a thin silver lining. Again some major reliability issues with the i20. It's too late tk go back to the drawing board with this car, but Abiteboul needs to do something drastic to improve if they want Neuville to stay on track.

@Pascal: Remember Sweden, the supposed fuel pressure issue that everyone thought was a tactic? I think there's a gremlin in the car and needs to be sussed out.
