Can Ken Block Gymkhana a trophy truck?

Block attempted to drift the trophy truck he will race at the Baja 1000 with surprising results

The famed Baja 1000 begins on November 18 and one of the biggest names to take the start is the Head Hoonigan in Charge, Ken Block, at the wheel of a mammoth Geiser Bros G6 Trophy Truck.

It’s an event which requires minute preparation, calculated speed and a fair share of luck to go with it.

But before that, Block and his Hoonigan team (which recently included three-time Formula Drift Champion Chris Forsberg) decided to have a bit of fun at Irwindale Speedway and see if a Trophy Truck can Gymkhana?

So, how did he get on? Can the bulky beast go quicker than a pro drift car or Hoonigan’s own Miata Kart round the tight and twisty Gymkhana track?
