Sara Price has been blazing a trail for years now. In her first career as a motocross rider, she was the first ever woman to gain factory status at Kawasaki. She medalled in the X-Games. And in 2024 she became only the third woman to win a stage of the Dakar.

The hope had been that her star turn in the SSV classification would be the first step on the way to a run at the FIA World Rally-Raid title in her class. It wasn’t to be. So she found an unusual way to keep herself busy in the meantime while getting ready to go again in buggies: driving electric hydrofoil boats competitively.

Price is joined by DirtFish’s Head of Strategy and Women in Motorsport co-ordinator Josie Rimmer to talk Dakar, boats, getting ahead in the world of motorsport marketing and more in this special edition of SPIN, The Rally Pod. Listen below or on your favorite podcast platform.
