Travis Pastrana has rolled on the forest rally stage at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, but emerged unscathed.
Approaching a tight left-hander, Pastrana’s Subaru WRX STI clipped a bank and rolled. While the car was able to continue after being righted by marshals, it was later stopped in order for medical personnel to check Pastrana over.
That led to the car overheating, resulting in it needing a tow.
The damage from the incident led to rollcage damage which means Pastrana and Subaru Motorsports USA won’t be participating on the rally stage for the rest of the weekend.
Pastrana will, however, still be driving the the Subaru GL Family Huckster on the hillclimb for the remainder of the festival.
The incident won’t impact Pastrana’s American Rally Association presented by DirtFish National championship defense since he was driving a spare chassis.
