The current WRC promoter revolutionized the sport with the introduction of WRC All Live, as part of the WRC+ subscription service, in 2018.

FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem immediately offered his support to the new plan for 24/7 TV saying: “We want to reach the people and we have just heard the plans for the new channel.

“We have to reach people we have to appeal to all of the people who can see the [rally] cars look similar to the their cars, but they are not normal cars. We cannot forget that this sport is about speed but it is also about entertainment .”
