Croatia Rally through the McKlein lens

Once again the demanding Croatian stages served up some sublime action for the lenses of McKlein’s photographers.

This rally has a huge variation in character and features, but it’s not an easy event to circumnavigate. Huge crowds and relatively few access roads into stages makes life on the road a bit tricky.

But once in position some of the spots are simply epic. It’s three-dimensional too, with many jumps and contour changes, not to mention the massive cuts the drivers take, throwing mud and gravel onto the road.

Croatia is probably the best pure asphalt rally on the WRC calendar to photograph.
