World Rally Championship team principals Andrea Adamo, Tommi Mäkinen and Richard Millener will join DirtFish to talk through the first three rounds of 2020 – but we want your input as well.
The three wise men of the WRC’s manufacturer teams are ready and waiting to answer a selection of fans’ questions as well. If you’ve got something you’d like to ask, send your question via twitter to @dirtfishrally with the hashtag #AskDirtFish or in a comment on our Facebook post.
The show will run in the middle of next week, but questions need to be in by midnight Sunday.
The first three rounds of this year’s WRC have delivered plenty to talk about, including a maiden Monte Carlo win for Hyundai, courtesy of Thierry Neuville.
Toyota has shown similar rally winning pace, with Elfyn Evans and Sébastien Ogier securing victories in Sweden and México. M-Sport’s Finnish connection has already shown great potential with early speed from Esapekka Lappi and Teemu Suninen’s round three podium.
Millener sees this as an opportunity to inform the wider world about what’s going on in the WRC right now.
“Since the coronavirus came, we’ve all been working flat out to figure out how things continue and how to work towards the rest of the season,” said Millener.
“Working with DirtFish on this gives us a great opportunity to share what we’re doing and how things are looking from the teams’ sides right now. I’m sure it’ll be entertaining.”
Adamo said: “It’s always a pleasure to come and talk about the sport we love with DirtFish. I look forward to hearing what the people want to know about Hyundai Motosport.”
Mäkinen is ready to field questions from his time behind the wheel as well as his current position behind the desk.
“When we are out on rallies, people are always reminding me of the good times I had as a driver,” said the Finn. “I like this. These conversations are always really nice, but it’s also really interesting to talk about where we are today with Toyota.”
The show will be hosted by DirtFish’s Colin Clark.
“What an opportunity to hear from three of the most important people in the service park,” said Clark. “It’s fantastic to have Tommi, Rich and Andrea with us. We might have only had three rallies, but there’s already lots to talk about. I’m looking forward to a lively debate.”
