Subaru Motorsports USA’s countdown of the best moments from its long-running Launch Control web series has reached the final three.
This week the team is looking back at its successful start to the 2019 Americas Rallycross season. After years of struggles in top-level rallycross, the team shocked the motorsport world by signing four-time US rallycross champion Scott Speed.
Speed’s signing coincided with a huge upturn in form for the team, which went on to win four from six ARX events in 2019, with Speed missing out on a fifth straight title due to injury, and team mates Chris Atkinson and Patrik Sandell coming up short in the title race with Volkswagen Andretti’s Tanner Foust.
Nevertheless, it was a strong year for Subaru as it returned to the fore of US rallycross.
