The 2025 World Rallycross Championship calendar has been unveiled, subject to approval by the FIA World Motor Sport Council.
The FIA is taking over the running and promotion of World RX this year after three years under the stewardship of Rallycross Promoter – a subsidiary of WRC Promoter which holds the rights to the World Rally Championship.
Five European races have been confirmed, with a sixth slot on the calendar currently listed as ‘TBC’ with no specified date.
The European Rallycross Championship will mirror the schedule, bar the final unspecified event.
Beginning in Portugal (May 31 – June 1) at the Lousada track that also hosts a superspecial at the WRC Rally Portugal, World RX then heads to Sweden for the famed ‘Magic Weekend’ at Höljes on July 5-6.
Trips to Hungary (July 19-20) and Finland (August 23-24) follow before the last confirmed event in Turkey (September 20-21).
