DirtFish strives to embrace young drivers by assisting in the development of their car control skills. Our exemplary instruction and informational classroom time provides the tools that make it possible to succeed in any motorsports discipline they may encounter, not only rally or rally cross.
Garret Archer began racing karts at the age of 5, and over the course of 15 years, he has found himself at the top of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series. He is now racing the #5 Super Late Model car at Evergreen Speedway.
Even though NASCAR is on asphalt, there is still an immense amount of car control technique needed to be successful. Because of that, training at DirtFish on loose surfaces gives drivers of all disciplines a chance to break traction purposefully and successfully correct it under the guidance of our instructors.
With only one race left of the season at Evergreen Speedway, we wanted to catch up with Garret and have him talk to us about what is going on behind the wheel during a NASCAR race, as well as giving us a closer look at his 600hp Super Late Model.
You can catch Garret fighting for the 2018 championship this weekend at Evergreen Speedway! The action begins at 4 pm and concludes with the final Super Late Model race of the season. We hope to see you there!
