A new way to follow WRC on DirtFish

Within the motorsport landscape, rallying is distinct in its format. It is not an event of minutes or hours in one place – it takes days to go from start to finish and crisscrosses vast areas.

That presents some unique challenges for how to tell the stories that make up a round of the World Rally Championship. Take Rally Poland, for example. Including road sections, the crews covered 838 miles (1349 kilometers) – that’s a lot of ground to cover. But within those 853 miles are the key moments we’ll remember: Tänak striking a deer while flat out in top gear, Mārtiņš Sesks surprising us all on his debut, and Mikkelsen’s hopes of a long-awaited fourth WRC win dashed with a puncture.

DirtFish gets to the heart of the action and tells those stories in detail. And we want to stay focused on telling the important stories that make up the finished novel of a WRC season.

That’s why from the opening day of Secto Rally Finland, you’ll find a new Latest Updates page on DirtFish.com. We’ll keep you updated in real-time on the most important moments of the rally – cutting out the noise and getting to the point quickly.

It’ll also deliver more than just words: video, infographics, and photos will all be part of the new feed. The best of DirtFish’s coverage across all digital channels will coalesce in one place.

Check-in with us tomorrow (Thursday) to follow the world’s fastest WRC gravel rally unfold – our latest updates feed will make sure you don’t miss anything important.
