This week’s Monza Rally hosts the title-deciding final round of the 2020 World Rally Championship season. Four drivers are still in mathematical contention for the title as Monza hosts a round of the championship for the first time in the event’s 42-year history.
Welshman Elfyn Evans heads his Toyota team-mate and six-time champion Sébastien Ogier by 14 points in the drivers’ championship.
Hyundai duo Thierry Neuville and Ott Tänak remain in outside title contention and sit 24 and 28 points adrift of Evans respectively. Its their team that leads the way among the manufacturers though, with Hyundai seven points in front of Toyota.
