Hyundai team boss Andrea Adamo made an immediate impact on the World Rally Championship scene when he arrived last year – with his no-nonsense approach, his willingness to make changes others might shy away from and his talent for expressing his points in a way no one else would.
He led Hyundai to the manufacturers’ championship, and pulled off the amazing coup of luring new world champion Ott Tänak to his team for 2020.
