Video: Malcolm Wilson on M-Sport’s Dovenby Hall

The M-Sport founder tells the story of his company's famous Cumbria base

From humble beginnings of fewer than 20 employees, M-Sport has grown into a motorsport powerhouse.

The company’s Dovenby Hall headquarters, once a hospital, was acquired by founder and managing director Malcolm Wilson in the late 1990s and was transformed into a state-of-the-art motorsport mecca that rivals any of the world’s top outfits.

Here Wilson sits down with DirtFish’s David Evans to tell the story of the famous Dovenby site’s beginnings, how it grew to being one of the best in world motorsport, and what’s next for the factory.
