Is Colin Clark’s driver rating for Kalle Rovanperä too harsh? Should he have been given a 10 out of 10?
It’s one topic of debate on this weekend’s SPIN, The Rally Pod between Clark and co-host David Evans, after another masterclass from the Toyota driver on last weekend’s Rally Estonia.
The Finn was in imperious form, winning the rally by over a minute, but Clark still felt he was deserving of a 9/10, rather than full marks, feeling there’s still some room for a stronger performance.
Also up for discussion is Elfyn Evans’ Estonia performance and whether he does stand a chance of beating the championship leader next time out at Finland, while the team also debate over M-Sport and Hyundai’s ability to close the gap on Toyota going forward.
